KDM Digital Media Customers now get Maintenance Bulletins when any updates or issues arise that may affect their particular service.

Each customer of KDM Digital Media will now receive an email bulleting every time we perform any updates to our services. 

Nine times out of ten, these updates will have no affect on customer services and on the rare occasion that planned downtime will occur; the email bulleting will give an estimate as to how long the service will be affected.

The email will include a summary of the update, the technical details where applicable and notification of the time and planned downtime (if any).
