Do you have a SPAM policy?
KDM Technologies Ltd (KDM Digital Media) POLICY REGARDING UNSOLICITED EMAIL (SPAM)

We understand that spam may not necessarily be against the law in your country, however, unsolicited email is against our email policy. This is a very serious issue, as other ISP's can block our servers, which could affect every user at KDM Digital Media. KDM Digital Media reserves the right to immediatly terminate services without prior notification.

For clarification, "Unsolicited email" is defined as any email sent to a recipient who did not DIRECTLY "subscribe" to your list. Also, these subscribers MUST have a legitimate way to "unsubscribe" from your list.

If you have purchased a mailing list from a third party or affiliate and you are sending email to their subscribers, this would still be considered unsolicited email, since they have not directly subscribed to your list. We understand that a user may still complain about spam even if they HAVE subscribed to your list, and complaints like this will be handled on a case by case basis.

Note: getting a "hotmail" or similar email address to advertise your web site, or a site that links to another web site, or services is NOT a spam workaround.
